Job brief
We are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial operations of INFID by administering finance transaction to meet legal requirements. The Finance Officer would be stationed in Jakarta.
You should be familiar with audits, taxation, invoices and budget preparations. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
With direct report to Finance Manager and indirect report to Finance Director
Responsibilities
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions Process invoices Record accounts payable and accounts receivable File monthly tax return to tax office Participate in financial audits Track bank deposits and payments Assist with budget preparation Assist in project workshop by making a payment to workshop participants As petty cash custodian Requirements
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role at least 2 years Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures Experience using financial software Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of tax rules and regulation Excellent analytical and numerical skills Sharp time management skills Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Demonstrated ability to write and speak English fluently Women applicants are encouraged to apply Time frame
This position is two-years contract with possibility of extension based on mutual agreement and availability of funding.
